July goals.

Reflections.

My goals for this month, are to continue working on my goals from June. I definitely feel my goals from the previous month are still a work in progress. They are all goals that take a bit more time than one month to finish, but I am working on it! In the meantime here are a couple more goals I’ve add to my growing list.

I really am trying work on my physical health this month.

01. Consume less sugar and salt. This one is going to be a struggle for me, because I have stopped drinking as well.

02. Be consistent in my fitness routines. Trivial but still needed.

03. Have consistent healthy eating habits. Again. lol I really need to come up with a proper plan and routine to help Toni and I eat better. We eat way too much cheese.

That’s it for this month, plus everything from June!
